How we work
Our agreement, in plain English.
Most agencies make you find this out after you sign. Here is every term that matters, before you talk to us.
- No lock-in
- Month to month. Thirty days written notice, any reason or none. No minimum term, no lock-in, no early termination fee. During a thirty-day trial you can leave the same day.
- Free trial
- Where your agreement includes it, you pay us nothing for thirty days. No retainer, no per-appointment fee, no commission. If a customer signs with you during those thirty days, you keep them and everything they pay, and you owe us nothing for them, ever.
- You own your accounts and your data
- Your ad accounts, your Pages, your pixels, your domains, your website, your leads and your customer records are yours, whether you paid for the ads or we did. You can revoke our access at any time and retain full control of your account.
- You only pay for appointments that show up
- If a prospect does not attend, that is our failure to nurture and remind, not yours. It is never billable and we rebook them free.
- Every appointment matches the rules you set, or we replace it
- Decision maker, your service area, your employee-count and industry rules, not someone you have already spoken to in the last ninety days. If we missed, we don't invoice you.
- You are never bound to a fee you have not signed
- Prices change only by a new pricing exhibit signed by both of us.
- We never buy or fabricate reviews
- Not for you, not for ourselves, and not if you ask us to. We may ask you for an honest review and for your feedback, and what you say is yours to write.
- We own what we say about you
- If we write a factual claim into your advertising, we hold the evidence for it or we ask you to confirm it first. If we get that wrong, we cover it, including regulatory proceedings, and your approving the ad does not move that onto you.
- What we reuse, and what we never touch
- We work with other MSPs, so we keep using the general structures, offers and targeting approaches we develop, including in your market. We never use your name, logo, branding, confidential information, lead records or customer data for anyone else, and we never reuse a pixel that lives in your account.
- If something is not working
- Tell us in writing. We look at it within five business days and come back with a proposal. No retention process, no save call, no burden of proof on you.
